In her early life,
she has to live during World War II. In this time, her mom made her called Edda Van Heemstra and speaks Dutch. So, nobody knows
where she came from. Also, she had many troubles with her family. Many of her struggles during this time were
malnutrition and respiratory problems. Even though, Audrey had a lot of trouble
in her life and has to be thick-skinned
for all these bad things happening, she became a self-sufficient person. She’s
so brave.
What I really like about her is her career
as an actress. I love her movie “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. Her interpretation as
Holly Golightly made her an icon in the American film. This part was originally
intended for Marilyn Monroe. I can watch it and never get tired of it. I
considered her a single-minded
person, because with her fame she never forgot what happen to her and help others
when they needed. She wasn’t stand-offish
about her life, her marriage and her career, because in every interview she
speaks her mind.
